Technical Guide
1. Do not print:
1. Electric eye:
A. Check whether the electric eye is on, if it is not on, replace it with a new electric eye to test
B. On, whether the counter is counting normally, if not counting, maybe the synchronizer function in the parameter is turned on and off, that’s all.
C. The electric eye is always on, check whether the electric eye shines on other things, or adjust the sensitivity to a lower level.
2. Ink cartridge: (the upper left corner of the machine display shows that the ink cartridge is empty)
A. The ink cartridge is out of ink, replace the ink cartridge.
B. The flowmeter alarms, replace the flowmeter.
C. The nozzle is higher (or lower) than the ink cartridge, readjust the balance and keep the same level.
3. Hardware problem:
After the above 2 problems are eliminated, if it still cannot print normally, you can consider the hardware part
A. Whether the cable connected to the main board is loose or falls off, just connect it.
B. Whether the cable connected to the main board is loose or falls off, just connect it.
C. Main board failure, return to factory for repair.
D. If the wiring in the nozzle box is loose or falls off, just reconnect it.
E. The small control board that controls the nozzle in the nozzle box fails or burns out, just replace the small control board.
F. Nozzle clogging: Use matching lotion and cleaning tools to clean the ink path. See the actual operation and cleaning process for the cleaning method.
G. If the nozzle is damaged or the film is removed, only a new nozzle can be replaced.
H. Squeeze the ink, but the ink does not come out of the nozzle: 1. The needle of the ink picker is deflected or broken, resulting in abnormal ink intake. Correct or replace the ink picker.
D. The nozzle is clogged, resulting in no ink supply, clean the nozzle, or the ink path.
2. Print only half:
1. Cartridge:
A. The ink is not squeezed in place, and there is air in the middle. When the ink is squeezed, there are air bubbles in front of the nozzle. Squeeze the ink again, remove the air, and squeeze until the air bubbles are no longer visible.
B. The nozzle is higher (lower) than the ink cartridge, adjust the balance and keep the same level.
2. Hardware part:
A. The nozzle is partially blocked
B. The nozzle is bumped or scratched
C. Whether there is dust or paper fragments sticking to the spray hole, which blocks the spray hole and cannot work normally.
